- Proper hiking shoes or non-slip sneakers
- Slippers for bathing (outdoor showers)
- Tissue and personal hygiene items
- Bug spray / insect repellent
- Medication (inhalers, pills, etc.)
- Board games / card games / Bluetooth speaker
- Pots, coal stove, and cooking utensils (for group cooking)
- Tea/coffee items if needed
- Kerosene oil
- Drinking Water (bottled or container)

Tents and gears can be purchased from:

- Local camping stores
Notes:
- A “3-person” tent is ideal for 2 persons (especially couples)
- Beds or air mattresses can also be purchased on Amazon
- A thick comforter can serve as a mattress alternative
- Check for: weather resistance (rainy), easy setup, ventilation, and strong materials
- Also consider flashlights, camping bulbs, bug spray, and power bank
🛏 Sleeping Bag Rental
Single mattress per night JMD 1,000. This can be rented from the office (JCDT) and you will have to check for the availability

🍲 Food Plan
- Meals will be prepared as a group — all are encouraged to participate

💵 Food Contribution: Each camper contributes JMD $1,500 toward group meals and seasonings.
